Two bindings with same mouse button - only one is registering as triggered?

Is this normal behavior?

I’m trying to set up bindings that use just the RMB by itself, and then one that uses the RMB and a modifier, but for some reason, only my first binding is registering as “triggered”. The other is not.

Is this a limitation, or do I need to do something special to get this to work properly?

Forget it, I’m an idiot. As per usual. Mods can delete this if necessary.

Input’s were not enabled in code…
