Two planes masked, one solid, one transparent

Hi,

I need a gameobject include two planes, one with solid color and one transparent over the solid. From the transparent I have to be able to see the back of the solid color and the transparent MUST be re-sizable.

Any idea?

You have to add a transparent shader, and then the object should be transparent but still have the qualities of a gameobject.
