Two rigidbody stop from pushing each other or make it overlap

I am creating a game like bomberman. Now i have a problem, the problem is players pushing each other when collide.

Can you help me with the two possible solution?
Stop the players from pushing each other when collide or they can be overlap each other.

Use something such as Physics.IgnoreCollision with the parameters being the current player and the player you don’t want to collide with.
