U3D with CELSYS QUMARION ?

“need help urgent” -

Has anyone hooked up a Celsys Qumarion to Unity3D, or to an app made with Unity3D? Mac?

Thanks!

(If you’re saying “what the hell is a Qumarion ?!” let’s see …

Great Gear had a good article on it,

and various youtube vids

Need actual codes, prefer javascript

Note

it does mention there it works with Mac, Maya

i just unboxed one of those little guy :

drivers and software not in the box you have to crawl the website to register and download , no english version … cut paste google translate … a brainteaser

the 3dsmax plugin install crash with #%!%%$%@^ messages box , after dispatching manually the files from the zip in appropriate folder the plugin load but theres another F%#&g registration process on the plug and the register button have no action

no sdk …

a couple of weird software to animate little school girls ( another 2 hours to figure out the process to link this goddamn soft wit the qumarion )

actually the old version is much more simple :

 I don’t have such a thing and they don’t ship outside of Japan yet, so you have to wait anyways  It’s cool, but (as a programmer) i don’t have any use for it

It has an USB cable, so it’s “pluggable” to almost any PC, but no information on the drivers… They provide plugins for 3ds max and Maya, but there’s no information if there will be a SDK or something.

That looks so useful and quite frankly obvious, which all the good ideas seem to be. I bought a 3DConnection which also helps a lot. Maybe the guy who wrote the script to get input from it might be able to help. Here is a link to the Unity tool he wrote in the asset store: http://u3d.as/content/feldev/mouse3d/2Pg

Might be worth contacting him.
