U6 PC RENDERER - Real-Time Shadow Looks Weird

Look at below the neck, this is normal shadow behaviour (from directional light) on Unity 6 PC renderer pipeline ?

What render pipeline are you using? If you are using the built in one, you can really only say if you want hard or soft shadows. I think your problem has something to do with the shadow quality so using the URP or HDRP, you can find and edit the shadow quality settings. I recommend watching a tutorial on one of these if you haven’t yet.
