UberProcess task has really high usage even though Post Processing is disabled

I was Profiling the usage of the CPU and I saw that the Bloom was quite Resource intensive. I did disable the Post Processing to see if that was better but for some reason the usage of UberProcess is still high.

I need to disable Camera.PostProcessing too even though no PP Volume is active?

The answer was positive. Really weird.
