A service provider that Cloud Build uses will be performing network maintenance on the evening of March 28th, during a 30 minute window starting at around 11PM Central US time. Accordingly, there is a chance that Cloud Build might return some errors on the website or in builds during that time - but if that occurs, waiting a few minutes and retrying any builds (or webpage/editor service window views) should work.
Reminder: a service provider used by Cloud Build will be performing maintenance tomorrow night, so some errors may be experienced starting around 11PM Central US time. If that occurs, waiting a few minutes and reloading or retrying any builds should work.
