Part of the Cloud Build management infrastructure encountered a system issue and a few components are being restarted now. The other cloud build environment is available and taking builds now, but it’s possible that (depending on how long this restart takes) some builds may queue. Everything should be back to normal soon, and we’ll post an update here.
