hello -
As cloud build keeps growing, the API and website occasionally encounter some new performance and scaling issues. The team are seeing performance issues on the API and website now, and source code repository polling is currently delayed as well. (There will likely be some build queue delays once that catches up).
The cloud build team are working on tuning and adding capacity to address this particular issue now, and there may be some delays into the coming day as well as the dust settles. Thanks everyone for your patience in the meantime.
