Ugly iconshine

this question might be a bit trivial.
but now i have noticed it and i cant look away anymore.

does anybody know how to take out that ugly shine.
my guess is xcode does something to the Icon.png during the build process.
but i have seen apps on itunes without the shine, so it must be possible somehow and also allowed by apple.

btw im a very happy unity user right now. well done unity team.

just add

<key>UIPrerenderedIcon</key>
<true/>

to the Info.plist
