After Build the exe, why can’t the button on the right side be clicked when the screen is set to 1920x568 in Unity2021.3.4? Unity2020 has no such problem

Try adding event system, check there is a graphic raycaster on the canvas which has the button

Unity2020.3.36 also have such problem
