ui button in no windowed mode is misplace

if i play my game in fullscreen and no window mode the button is misplaced

let’s say if i put the button in the center of the screen,the button in on the center,but if i put the cursor on the button i can’t click it,and gives no respond.but if i click somewhere near the button(not click on the button) it works

The images dont seem to work.
What version of Unity are you using, try the latest patch and see if you still have the problem.
