UI_Canvas_StarterAssetsInputs_Joysticks asset does not work on mobile

I downloaded this UI_Canvas_StarterAssetsInputs_Joysticks and it works on PC, and there is a way to activate the buttons for cell phone and I activate it but it doesn’t work, there’s no way to even drag the analog stick
