Hello guys
This is probably a stupid question but one I’ve been trying to figure out on my own for awhile now.
When I’m in the editor and go into play mode to test, the editor UI gets hidden, I cannot update stuff or debug while in play mode and It’s frustrating me.
Heres a screenshot.
PS. No I don’t have Maximize on Play selected.

One question: is the game view window hidden in your normal work setup? If it is, then the game view will always get focus and maximize when you hit play. (I think it will maximize anyways. It definately gets focus and becomes the active window)
You can manually minimize the game window in a pinch, just click on the small menu icon in the top right of the window.
Oh damn, I see what you mean now.
That’s really strange and I’ve never seen anything like it 
Unity > Preferences > Colors > Playmode tint
