UI in Unity 6 doesn't resize properly

The resizing of the right-most pane of the package manager UI doesn’t function correctly in Unity 6.0.4.

Note the horizontal scrollbar - there’s no need for it.

While it appears we have enough space to avoid scrolling, user preferences can vary significantly. Some users might prefer a smaller width to eliminate scrolling, while others might favor a larger width for better visibility of package details. Balancing these preferences is challenging, as reducing the width to satisfy one group may lead to requests for increases from another. Additionally, even with a reduction, further layout adjustments might be required to accommodate all preferences.

It’s just a minimum window size. All windows have it.

Do you have a suggestion to avoid the needs of a scrollbar while maintaining good window usability?

Yes, just set the right-most pane to fill the remaining space instead of giving it a minimum width. Why is the minimum so huge?

Good question because there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to their minimum sizes. An easy example of this is the shortcut window where the keyboard and mouse visualization isn’t able to be shown by default because the minimum window size is ONE PIXEL too tiny on the X and Y.
