UI Layering Issue, First child renders behind all other children

I was hoping someone would know how to fix the layering issue of the UI…
I currently have 3 pages (it will be a lot more in the future, 100+ pages) . First child is the first page but it renders as the last page… Only when I rotate the pages 180 degrees do they layer correctly
I haven’t changed anything on the objects.
I added pictures to make it easier to understand.
