UI NOT IN THE Create LIST IN THE HIERARCHY

So I have a little issue and I am too lazy to go all over the internet to find the solution. But the thing is that UI is just not in the “Create” list in the hierarchy in the editor.81411-screenshot-14.png
I am very confused as I have really not had any issues with Unity at all. When I open up any project it notifies me about a new version of the engine(v5.4.1f or something). I am wondering if that’s what I have to do?

This is fine now. I just opened up my project earlier today and the UI was added into the list for no reason. Thanks for trying to help though :slight_smile:
