I know that support for QHD displays is not yet available, but I’m just wondering if there are any “hacks” to make it… usable at QHD resolutions. As of right now, I cannot read anything at all on the screen because it is so minuscule.
Example:
So are there any tricks the community has come up with to force the editor to be readable/usable in GNOME?
Same here. It’s very hard to use. It was much better on Windows 10 with the same display (and I think 1.5x scaling, which I’ve also used on Unity). I hope this gets fixed soon
same problem in 2020 versions
There should be a good reason for Unity not to expose their internal editor UI scaling variable to Linux users, like they did for the Windows version. I mean, Unity is almost usable now on HiDPI monitors thanks to GDK scaling, but everything is still so blurry it kinda hurts using the editor more than several hours. A shame because performances are outstanding on Linux, almost the best platform to code on.
Does not seem to be working as of Dec 2022
