UI Text is Gigantic

I’m creating a simple 2D game. I have a few UI text items already on the screen for currency and levels. These are at font size 50. Now for some reason when I create a UI Text component, even at font size 18, the text is gigantic and the quality is horrible. How can I fix this so that when I create a new UI Text the size is correct?


For Future reference, To fix this you need to turn up the Canvas “Dynamic Pixels Per Unit” in the Inspector
