UI Toolkit 1.0-preview unity 2020.2.0a17 Can not be used normally

I tried to add to local fix code, but it seems that it is not a default uss/uxml path problem, but caused by other errors

There is currently an issue that prevents the package to run properly on 2020.2a16 and a17. If you want to use the package, you’ll need to revert back to 2020.2a15. We hope to release a patch real soon.
