I will try to be as courteous as possible.
They are missing 1000 components, including anchor, but, most importantly, they are missing the ability to set UI Scale mode = Scale with screen size and then Screen match mode to width or Height, then the Match.

The only built in component you use with UI Toolkit is the UIDocument component, alongside your own custom components.
Otherwise everything else happens mostly in the visual tree.
In any case, as above, the settings do exist:

Before insulting the dev team or anyone, you should read the documentation, check the UI Roadmap and then gently ask on this forum.
