I upgraded to 2020.3.36f1 and I am unable to make xcode builds any more. This is an error from a completely empty project:

I seem to be able to build with older versions (such as 2020.1.17f1) on the same Mac just fine. It seems the last version I created an iOS build successfully from was 2020.3.16. Any help would be appreciated.
