Unable to build application

Hi, I am having problem with building an application running AR Foundation and AR Core. The build keeps failing with the following error messages:

  1. Failed to generate ARCore reference image library ‘ReferenceImageLibrary’ UnityEngine.GUIUtilityProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)
  2. BuildFailedException: Failed to generate image database. Output from arcoreimg:

I am using Unity 2020.3.2f1 Personal. Please advice. Thank you
