Unable to buy assets in the store

I’ve tried using 2 different credit cards (both which work as confirmed by my bank) and using my paypal account. I tried last week, sent in a support ticket, no response so far. I tried again today, still doesn’t work.

Error: Unfortunately, we are unable to process your transaction at this time. Please double check your billing details, try a new credit card, or contact your bank.

Are you using a VPN to connect to the store?
