When I first start up unity I am unable to connect to the license server which makes me unable to activate my free license.

I have the free version though so I couldn’t

I’ve tried to do manual activation myself, that doesn’t work either. On the website I get a 500/502 error when I browse the file

fixed: just do the manual activation and when you get the 500 error code on the webpage (it will happen more then once during the activation) just hit F5 to refresh the pages and you will eventually get through the steps. finally download the ulf file and input it into unity and voila!

umm when i look at it i cant press that manual activation
so disconnect your network before launching UNITY, then “manual activation” button appears
