Unable to create Slack Integration

I’m not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but I’m experiencing some issues with integrating my Cloud Build results with Slack. 9 out of 10 times when I attempt to create an integration it returns the error
["Error communicating with Slack: oauth2: server response missing access_token","Error communicating with Slack: oauth2: server response missing access_token"]
which concerns me, because it integrates Unity Services into the right Slack channel (see image).

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I’ve been running into this recently as well. Seems to possibly be a change in the way app authorization works in Slack. Might also be the type of channel - if I’m adding the integration to a regular private channel it’ll work but if I try to add an integration to a direct message (such as the “You” DM) it’ll fail.
