Well, the fun continues. In addition to this horrible problem, I am also completely unable to drag and drop items from any location to my Unity Assets directory. This severely impedes my workflow, as I’m sure you can imagine. As in the other problem linked, this is new with my recent update to 5.1. I have Googled this one to death too, also amazingly with sparse fixes to be found. I have completely disabled UAC in both my control panel and in the Registry itself to make sure it wasn’t on MY end. It is not. Run as Admin doesn’t work, disabling UAC didn’t work, and my IDE it blurry as crap in DX11. This kind of thing is making me look real hard at other possibilities for my game. That’s really sad, too, since I’ve been invested in Unity for over two years now.
