I remember getting it and it as a free package, but even the asset store does not list it in my history. I still have all the files, except the package file in order to safely import the asset.
I even found one tutorial that has it listed on the store. (link on image)
Hopefully it was was not removed due to some copyright issues, in which case Unity Technologies should inform those that downloaded these assets. In fact, the Asset Store should message everyone the reason a package got removed.
