Since 2019.4 was released I’ve been completely unable to install any 2019.4 version from the Hub. Process seems to abort at some point. No crashes, just aborts without any kind of warning.
Have you checked the logs?
No, I don’t have an idea of where the Hub logs are stored, I can only see the editor logs.
