Unable to Install the Vector Graphics package from package manager

I tried to install the Vector Graphics package from package manager but I could not see it there and after searching online, I found that I need to enable preview packages. However even after enabling preview packages, I could not see the Vector Graphics Package.

I am currently using Unity Version 2020.1.2f1 Personal.

Vector Graphics is not listed in the Package Manager, but you can still install it. You can check this blogpost with information about it: Visibility changes for preview packages in 2020.1
