Unable to link project to unity service

I have a problem on Mac (unity 2018.4.12.f1)5190191--515795--Screen Shot 2019-11-19 at 4.53.47 PM.png

this is show in editor log:

If you are using the Services window integration, you will need to be connected to the internet. It looks like there are issues with your network. Are you on a VPN?

If your network works in other cases, I would try logging out and back in.
