I’m experiencing a strange issue when I open up the Services tab in my Player Settings window.
I am logged in with an account which is a member of the correct organization, a User of the current project and I have a Pro license activated. Strangely enough, if I click on the cloud icon next to the “Account” drop down menu in my Unity Editor, I will see the list of Unity Services inside the Services tab, see attached screenshot:
If I try clicking the “New Link…” button, and then click on “Use an existing Unity project ID”, I will be able to select the correct organization from the Organizations drop-down menu, but the Projects drop-down menu will be blank.
Here’s what I found in my Editor.log file when I hit “Refresh access”:
Refresh completed in 0.823149 seconds.

For what it’s worth, clicking that link brings me to a web page with just this text:
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I’ve already tried restarting, logging out and logging back in, as well as creating a fresh Unity ID and adding it to the project/giving it the same license.
Hi, sorry about this, to help understand the issue @JFLagar and @coughlinSlitherine , could you share with which version of the Hub and the Editor you are facing the issue ? Thanks.
There is also this: in the dashboard for our project “Analytics” is listed under the “No Status” section while it is one of the services we have enabled in the project in editor.
Thanks, will reach out in dm for specific project questions to help us investigate further.
In the meantime, if the issue is around what chrisniven mentioned:
This might be related to an issue we are looking into resolving with org inheritance on project members. In the dashboard, on the page you screenshot, can you try to go in the Project members section and manually “Add project members” for your user (even if they already appear in the list) ?
If anyone facing this issue, Do this,
Sign out from unity editor > signout from unity hub > download unityHub > run > reinstall and complete set up > sign in with your account.
