I’ve imported custom fonts into previous apps with no problems before but now I am running a lot of new software and getting this error and not sure why…
I took a font from a different project and dropped it in. It gives me the same error BUT… I can see the font in-game… So why do some fonts work and not others? I was hoping to use “Narkisim” which is a TTF and when I drop the file from my Windows/Fonts/ folder into my project, it shows up as a TTF… But it displays more like Times New Roman… Can anyone shed some light on this?
I have the same problem with the Font included in the 2D Roguelike tutorial project. I can see the font applied to text in scene view, but my play mode hangs with this error. I tried making unity the default app for that file type to no avail.
