Hi guys i received a unity loyality voucher. I tried to redeem the voucher but i got message “Voucher not valid”. I raised a ticket as well to Unity support but there is no response yet. So just checking if some of the unity staff can take a look at it and help.

Yeah, I have a voucher doing the same thing. Sense confirmed number correct but it just doesn’t work. I’ve not raised a ticket yet. Do please say if it helped!
Same. Still no response. Still not working.
There have been issues with vouchers not registering as valid. There are at least a couple of threads on this.
Issue resolved. Emailed Unity support. They took some time to get back. Was finally able to redeem them.
