Unable to select Destination Branch in Mergebot

Hi there,

I am trying to setup a Mergebot for another repository (after having set it up successfully for a testing repo).

For the production repo, I am getting the message: “Unfortunately we could not process your request. Retry”

No matter how many times I hit retry, no destination branches appear. Putting branch names in the search box also yields no results.

I have attached a screenshot showing a side by side comparison. On the left is the production repo I am attempting to setup, and on the right is the testing repo.

Can someone advise what is going on? Is this a permissions issue? Or is it a Unity issue?

Does it only happen with this repo and organization?

Can you open a ticket with us at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com letting us know the org and repo name?

Hi there,

Thanks for the reply. I have created a Unity Support ticket with ID #1920688

I only have one organisation (the company I am working for) and it happens for any repository with a slash in the name unfortunately.

I am awaiting a further response on the Support ticket.
