Unable to start the Editor (Win10, Unity 2019.2.15.f1)

Hi,
I’m unable to start Unity 2019.2.15.f1. When I click on my project in the Hub, I see the Unity logo then nothing else.
The log says “Failed to load window layout: System.StackOverflowException: The requested operation caused a stack overflow.”.
I tried a lot of ideas from forums/web, but nothing is working. See full editor.log below.
Any new idea?

Update : Fixed with Unity version 2019.2.16f1. Great!
