i’m trying to buy some assets but the payment system gives me this error:
FOLLOWING ERROR OCCURRED: WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO VALIDATE THE VAT NUMBER. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.!

i’ve already purchased a lot of assets without problems.

any idea? is it a known problem?

i’ve already asked for suppot using the form (2 times…) but i’m still waiting for an answer.

Yes, same here, I’m from Italy as well.

Assuming they’re using the “usual” (EU provided: Vies on-the-Web - European Commission ) way you validate VAT numbers that service has a notoriously bad uptime. So there’s a reasonable chance it’s outside of UT’s control.
