Uncaught Exception Incorrect Header On Some PC's

So on my computer through chrome I can view my webGL content, but in firefox I get the error Incorrect Header.

Then I tested on my college campus with several different computers and they too also all got Incorrect Header Check Exceptions (and that was through chrome!).

Whats the deal? Why does it only work for me on chrome? How can I fix this?

Incorrect .htaccess ?

Ok so I just cleared the cache on my chrome machine and now it happens for my chrome as well.

So odd that the cached version would run using my latest build but now with no cache nothing?
