Unchecked x86 but still not 64-bit compliant (APK contains x86 even uncheck),

Unchecked x86 Architect but APK still have it in lib(when I check APK by extracting and looking into lib folder) Also can’t upload it to Google store. Giving below error

This release is not compliant with the Google Play 64-bit requirement

The following APKs or App Bundles are available to 64-bit devices, but they only have 32-bit native code:xx

Please help, I tried to delete x86 folders manually from project Library folder and from plugins but still APK contains x86. (I did unchecked x86 from target architecture

also please comment if one should keep or uncheck x 86 generally in 2020

Was really tough i generated apk then edited apk and removed architecture x86 from there to solve my issue one time and that was not a proper fix. I hope someone can tell the exact solution
