Underwater effect

Hi everyone,

Currently I am working on a project.
To achieve this, I need to add an
effect underwater.

After several hours of testing multiple scripts, I realize that nothing works (all scripts date from there over a year).

Here is one of the scripts (from
SpeedTutor): 66720-sans-titre.png

I’m using Unity 5.3. Would you have a
solution for my problem?

Problem solved:
I changed the water level by 6066721-sans-titre2.png

for me i had to turn on fog in unity under window - lighting - and set it to exponential or exponential square and set fog to 0 .
