Hi guys, I’m trying to figure out how to set up the Client > server idea.
I’ve tried several things but with no succes.
What I’d like to know is how to make the Client connect to the server and just spawn a player.
I want to host the server myself so I didn’t want to use the networkmanager.
All I want is that the client can connect to the server and the server should all other players know this player has joined.
This isn’t what I’m looking for.
I’m looking for a tutorial where you make a client connect always to 1 base server. Thats hosted by me.
No match making.

It’s not a matchmaker, seem like you didn’t even read the text inside the blog post. Start the server and connect as usual and you will get basic unet setup with player and player count…
tip: master server and game server - different units.
