Unexpected brace and else.

Time for y’all’s favorite newbie error! I’m learning about raycast systems, and am getting an error for the opening brace after the first if statement and for the else itself, though Unity isn’t compalining about that. Only shows else as an error in MonoDevelop. Wen’t through as many threads as I could find and can’t see any of the potential issues here. Any help would be hot. BTW, I had a lot more errors before. just down to these two now. Thanks!

				{

			}
	}

you’re missing a closing parenthesis on line 3 :wink:
