Unexpected xrDestroyInstance call during the initialization of Unity OpenXR Android app

When I start a Unity OpenXR Android APP with Monado OpenXR runtime, xrInstance will be created through xrCreateInstance, but the xr instance lifecycle looks like xrCreateInstance->xrDestroyInstance-> xrCreateInstance which will cause MonadoService bind->unbind->bind.

This will cause the unity app to open for a long time, because initializing the driver is a relatively time-consuming task (in this case, the driver will be initialized twice).
