I bought an asset a few years ago. I just tried to import in my project but there’s no download and import button and it’s said “Unfortunately, this package no longer available”.
What is this, and why is this package no longer available? Why is there zero explanation for why I can’t use the paid stuff? At least give me a refund or something. It’s a scam.
Assets that get removes are usually still downloadable, I imagine you do it through the website.
I’m don’t remember how it works on 2021…
Apparently stuff can be downloaded from this page but it just prompts opening by unity, you might need to contact support maybe.

It seems that this particular publisher is problematic:
The store disallows downloading works that are determined to be stolen. It does suck that refunds seem to be at the mercy of the publisher in these cases, at least from what I see in discussions. Perhaps reach out and see if they’re willing to refund you.
Just to be clear, there’s a difference between “deprecated” and “removed”.
“Deprecated” means that the author of the asset has chosen to stop selling/supporting the asset. Deprecated assets are no longer for sale, but if you’ve already bought the asset then you can still download it whenever you want.
If an asset is “removed” then Unity has chosen to stop hosting the asset completely. No way to download. It’s probably wiped from the store completely. It looks like this only happens when there is some legal dispute about whether they are allowed to distribute the asset or not.
If you purchase it… then it might still be in your Unity store downloads folder on your computer…
