I’m wondering if anyone else is supporting Asian fonts in their Unity apps?
I’ve got localization working for the display of Chinese, Japanese and Korean but have hit lots of issues, like mixing Korean Hangul and Japanese Katakana/Hiragana with Kanji/Hanja and Chinese Characters - all this mess makes for huge bastard font textures with loads of duplication.
I’ve not tried stroked character input either - so if anyone else has successfully got this working, I’d like to know how you did it.
