Unit scale in Unity

Hey guys, really new to unity.

I have a quick question when it comes to modeling for Unity Iphone. What unit scale should I be modeling to?
I am working with Maya.

Is there a set world scale set for unity? or can I choose and work to that.

1u = 1m, at least that’s what we use.
