I know it is still a couple of months away and all but just wanted to get something started about the hotels and people looking to split the costs of the rooms.

If anyone is going to Unite 2014 in Seattle and looking for a cheap hotel option, my roommate is no longer going, so there’s a spare bed available in my room at Hotel Seattle downtown (30min walk from conference or 5min drive). I’ve got it booked for the night of the 19th, 20, and 21st and am paying $120/night, so the spare bed is available for $50/night.
