Unity 2.5 (1f5) Indie Trial - Installation Error - (WinXP)

Hi, I keep getting this error while attempting to install the Indie Unity 2.5 (1f5) trail. (Win XP SP2)

Installation reaches about 5% and the error pops up
“Extract: Error writing to file InterlokProtection.dll”

Then I have to cancel install.

Any info appreciated.

Looks to me like your installation file is corrupted.

Have you tried downloading it again?

Yeah I downloaded it again to a different partition and tried the install again, to a different folder, and the same result

Could there be an error with my memory/HD?
