Unity 2011.1.1 is a lot slower Hybrid Renderer

Hello
I just upgraded my project to 2011 and everything is a lot slower now. I have a large number of instanced boxes and performance has gone downhill.

Has something changed or is this a bug?

I am using latest HDRP and DOTS
I noticed a lot of time is spend on some transform system
