Unity 2017.1.1f1 closes when I open any project (Solved)

When I open a project it closes, that happens with all projects I have, I already uninstalled and installed Unity 2017.1.1f1 again but it’s the same, does anybody know how to fix this problem? thanks

SOLUTION:
I had to format my computer but deleting EVERYTHING (that was the worst part) , now I can use the version 2017.2.0f3 without problems

i got same problem
windows 7 sp1 x64
i try open from “Learn”, old project, new project
in any case unity editor process just silently closes and nothing more happens.

tried:

  1. start as admin rights,
  2. disable firewall
  3. read answers - see same problem but no answer

help pls.
if you solved this.

I’m also facing same problem with 2017.2.0f3 in my Linux mint 18.2 and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. What’s about the solution ?
